Product Care Guide
How do I clean the marble surfaces?
Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. For deeper cleaning, use a pH-neutral cleaner suitable for natural stone. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.
Can the marble stain?
Yes. Marble is a natural material and can absorb liquids if left untreated. Wipe up spills promptly, especially wine, coffee, citrus and oils.
Is the marble sealed?
Yes, all marble surfaces are sealed before delivery. Over time, resealing may be required depending on use and environment.
How often should the marble be resealed?
For most residential use, resealing every 12–24 months is sufficient. High-use surfaces may benefit from more frequent sealing.
How do I clean brushed stainless steel?
Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. Dry thoroughly to avoid water marks. For fingerprints, use a stainless steel cleaner or a small amount of diluted vinegar.
Can I place hot items directly on the marble?
We recommend using trivets or heat pads. Sudden temperature changes can cause damage to natural stone.
Will the stainless steel scratch?
Fine scratches can occur over time with use. These are normal and contribute to the material’s patina. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Will the marble have marks or variations?
Yes. Bianco Carrara marble features natural veining, tonal variation and small imperfections. These are part of the material’s character and make each piece unique.
Can the stainless steel rust?
The stainless steel used is corrosion resistant, but not completely immune. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and dry surfaces after cleaning.
Can I use these pieces outdoors?
These products are designed for indoor use. Exposure to weather, salt air or freezing conditions may damage both marble and steel.
How should I move or lift the furniture?
Always lift from the base or frame. Do not lift by the marble top alone. We recommend two people when moving larger pieces.
What should I avoid placing on the surfaces?
Avoid sharp objects, abrasive materials and acidic substances. Use coasters, placemats and felt pads where appropriate.
