Where are Freyholt products made?
All Freyholt pieces are designed, tested and made in Australia.
Do you accept returns?
We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully. Deposits paid at the time of order confirmation are non-refundable, and we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email with a brief description and supporting images, and we’ll work with you to assess the issue.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is consistent in form and finish, however natural marble varies in veining and tone. These variations are part of the material and make every piece unique.
How do I place an order?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production or dispatch has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
At this stage, we do not offer customisation. Our focus is on a tightly considered core range.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia. Delivery fees and timeframes will be calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Will my furniture be assembled on delivery?
Some pieces arrive fully assembled, while others require minimal assembly. Assembly details will be included with your order.
How do I care for my furniture?
Please refer to our Product Care page for detailed guidance on caring for marble and brushed stainless steel surfaces.
Can I see the products in person?
At present, Freyholt operates online only. Any future showroom or stockist information will be shared on our website.
